Sushi zanmai

We were at athe Gardens mall the other day for the girls bonding time with their dad at Kids e world. We parked at the same level with kids e-world, senang sikit. Before that must isi perut, sebab malas nak jalan jauh (plus missy 3's love the udon), turun je satu level dah sampai sushi zanmai. 

I had all my fav sushi (yes, semua salmon):

Home cooked porridge with mango and some happy puff snacks. Hahaha sorry baby, you are still too young for sushi.

Missy 3

Macam baru semalam we lost our first daughter, and then we were blessed with Missy 3, and shortly after that Baby N.. Missy 3 is now a preschooler.. 

Had an argument or rather discussion with el-kapitan lol.. He wanted missy 3 to move to real kids academy (bukan tadika at kawasan rumah tu, but dkt real school cahaya). Mmg preschool khas sebelah REAL private school. i got to admit, the syllabus are impressive siap extracurricular activity that involves swimming (they have their own olympic size pool wei), taekwondo and cullinary arts every day! Not to mention it is cheaper (like almost 20k cheaper oi) than her current school.

I understand el-kapitan's intention. He came from a family that didnt put children's education as a priority. And it makes it difficult at first masa he wants to get his job (but now Alhamdulillah). So he wanted the best for his child education.  But for me, i want her to express herself first. First 4 yrs are the most important agento nurture her. She has to make friend, having fun, and also soft skills are important. They hve it in Julia Gabriel because their teaching is based on edu-drama. So we strike a deal, she'll continue her early childhood (N1&N2) here, then she will go to REAL for kindergaten. 2 yrs at REAL should be enough for her to prepare for her primary school. 

*** now i understand how it feels for a mum to see anak dia pakai uniform for the first time. I actually cried. Proud mummy moment. [padan muka dulu judge org sangat. Haha]

Fussy missy

Missy 3 is one fussy eater! Like other kids fast food like sausages, nuggets, pizza and burger is a big YES. But homecook meal, If lauk yg di masak kene selera dia than she will eat it with rice, noodle only in her fav broth, tweak it and she will go beserk or only eat her fishballs (try not putting any fishball in her soup and u will ended up being the one that will finish it.. Sigh). And also, ikot perangai el-kapitan i must say, dia takkan repeat apa yg dia dah makan.. Daddy wont eat overnight meal but missy 3 wont even have the same meal for lunch and dinner! 

Today i make chicken soup with oyster mushrooms and fishballs for her to eat with noodle. Not sure what i did right (haha) she finished two bowls during lunch and requested to have it again for dinner!

Must be the noodle (i think). I was taking the shower and my maid suap her, and she complaints that missy 3 refused to eat the noodle. So right after shower i took over, suap missy 3 and asked her to try and she loved it! I guess she just wanted mummy's attention. Off course my maid will say ok if she dont want to eat to avoid all the drama.. This is one of the reason why i quit my job. Nothing beats mom's care. 

And for me? Tomyam soup to eat with the same noodle. Delish!

Before it is too late

Pls enlarge the picture to see clearly what i meant. Was sending el-kapitan for his next assignment at KLiA yesterday. You saw that tv? There is a kid playing under the tv, and his mom is sitting at the chair few metres away (red tudung if u can see, guarding her bag on the trolley). The mom is not paying any attention letting her kid running around until one time he just play at the stage near us (we were having breakfast at old town). She was still watching the tv! I got so upset that went it is time to go i approached her and tell her off "kalau anak kene culik sia sia je kak" into which she give me a "jgn jaga tepi kain org look" and i balas with "taknak anak jgn beranak look" (if u know what i mean).

I mean come on people! What were u thinking? With all this penculikan kanak2 for their organs, u still let their kids roaming around like that?? I guess she thought dekat klia ada lots of securities so they will be spared? It can happen to anyone. Susah sgt ke bangun and tolak trolley ikot anak? Bukan kene angkat bag pon kan? Nanti mula la people will say dont judge the mom, maybe she is so tired, dtg dari jauh, anak too active.. But please la be realistic, have u heard yourself saying the above sentences??? U are in denial ke apa? There are other options! Let him play with the cart and u push him could be one option! Or this:

Susu pisang

Have u tasted this susu pisang? Read about it dkt cik epal's korean adventure kalau tak silap. I didnt get a chance to drink it during our holiday dkt korea because we dont know about it! Haha..

Yesterday, we were to early to pick up my sister at KLiA so singgah kejap jaya grocer @ KLIA2 nak beli snacks for baby N. Nampk susu ni beli la kan.. OMG serious sedap! Hopefully jaya grocer near my house is selling this too. Pls give it a try, it is a tad too sweet but kalau sejuk hilang perasaan tu hahaha

Why? Why? And Why???? bayar berjuta nak sewa, anak kene pulangkan.. Bagi makan, dok dlm aircond.. Gelandangan dibiarkan.. Arghhhhhhhh

Mahapla kak jah emotional sket malam ni

King crab!

El-kapitan has been boasting about this king crab eversince we got married. He had one in Korea, tried to find it here but only chinese restaurant serves this and we are not sure if we should go ahead and try it. 

I am in luck when manhattan fish market is having the king crab promotion!

Ya it says there rm105.89 including gst but they also have service charge so we kene around rm116 including two ice lemon tea. I think it is worth it because not only the crab is huge, they also serve it with calamari, dory fish and rice.

Seriously kenyang and even tak habes for the both of us. (Baby N eat the butter rice and missy 3 was sleeping lol). 

The taste? Well it tasted like crab la lol. Sweet, very fresh crab. We choose the famous sauce (which i forgot the name) that tasted a bit like thousand island haha Almost choking on the chewy calamari but i love the dory fish so much. 

I have athma, and naturally it comes woth allergic reaction, so my lips gatal2 and almost swallon immediately lepas makan. So i have to telan this:

*ubat surut bengkak and allergic

But it is all worth it!

Bersawang kembali

Hi friends.. Jap eh *buang sawang from blog..  I have so many things to write but selain dari time takde, mood pon blm mari.. Anyhow, we were in penang last week trying to escape the haze yg dah reach 250.. El- kapitan ada conference, appulete reception ceremony (setelah sekian lama promotion baru ada ceremony) and lepas tu sambung dgn our little family's vacation. Stayed at Shangri-la rasa sayang resort. Love it! buy the most important thing about penang is the food. Walaupun food is provided at the hotel we still prefer the street food. Yums! Nah sila feast your eyes.

                    Nasi kandar! 

El- kapitan sgt tak suka mamak's food tapi dkt sini dia asyikla nk makan nadi kandaq. The curry is different katanya!

               * mee udang

Udang size giant lima ketoi = rm18 

               nasi goreng udang(still prefer mee udang)

*pasemboq and kerang bakaq padang kota*

Apam balik bawah jambatan depan holiday inn (instruction from my friend). 

Gila sedap apam balik ni siap masuk paper. Rabu tutup. Hari lain kalau lmbat beratoq hazab hahahaha

And last but not least:

*aneka jeruk buah pak ali

We bought a total of rm300 ringgit worth of jeruk for families. Hahahaha kalau dah gila shopping kedai jeruk pon jadi!
