Cast iron err pots?

I have always wonder what is the difference between cast iron, ceramic pan, non stick pan, tempat masak color coklat tu (suddenly i dont know the name haha) [update: vision] etc etc.. But i bought each of them anyway and masak ikot suka hati.. i thought cast iron ones kita guna bila nak bake something, non stick untuk goreng telur or anything yg senang melekat, ceramic untuk sayur, vision untuk sup etc etc.. Lame i know but i really dont know weyyy..

A friend of mine, soon to be a full time doemstic goddess told me that the makanan is supposed to be tastier and healthier as it preserves all th nutrients (and bau i must say). Maybe she is right, el kapitan usually is not fond of curry tapi kali ni bertambah makan (u may recall yg elkapitan is really hard to puji makanan sedap haha)..

Tadi i tried to cook masak lemak cili api udang in the cast iron pot but it doesnt taste as good, sukatan yang sama mcm I usually masak but the kuah gets too thick. (Remind me to insert the picture later)

Probably will stick to vision pot for masak lemak after this.
