Tried to cook chilli crab the other night, i have to tell u just concentrate with googling one recipe!! Hahaha i must google like 5 recipes and i got confused because some say put oyster sauce, some curry leaves, some birds eye chillies.. And i ended up using everything ahahahah.. Eventhough the color looks so so only but el kapitan said it is nice that I deserved a kiss kahkahakah.. Mind u el kapitan ni susah sket bab makanan ni kalau tak kene selera mmg la slow je makan tapi kali ni tambah, siap bagi nasi sket tak cukup katanya!!
What did i put in it? Cili kering (blend), curry powder, curry leaves, onion, garlic, kicap manis, oyster sauce, tomato sauce. Nampak tak banyak nyer? Mcmana tak sedap? Hahahah.. Anyways will definitely buat lagi but less cili kering because it is so spicy sampai el kapitan's lips turned red!
