Public place


Now i know that a so call public places are meant to be shared with others. But can't you be civilised and 'share' it. We were at the water theme park "a famosa" today, at the public pool where there are kids and families playing, group of teenagers come out of nowhere bringing balls, splashing waters (until kene nawrah yg tgh tido dlm stroller, and I have to add we were dkt atas ok!). Macam tak pernah jumpa air! You are not the only paying customer here. Find a spot yg takdak children, which i might add ada banyak!. Better yet sewa your own pool or pergi pantai la wei nak main bola sepak bagai. Pool sekangkang kera ni kau sibuk nak main bola beracun bagai!

I got so upset until at one point the ball tercampak ke atas right in front of me and i didnt pick it up. Another pakcik dtg and ambil. I don't care! There is no place for ignorance people in this world!

Yes i am fuming mad right now!

Maggi tomyam paprik


Alhamdulillah, akhirnya i got to cook maggi tomyam paprik and taste it! Sedap wei, my maid siap ckp mcm makan dekat kedai weh..

What happened was she told me that kuah paprik smalam she still simpan. So apalagi tuang dalam periuk, tambah air, amek sket chicken yg nak masak untuk hubby,  squid and corn. Dah mendidih i add a bit of garam and air limau nipis. Then i add noodles (i bought jenama cintan yg keras tu but takde perasa - ala dont know how to explain later i put the picture) and voila! Serious sedap wei!

And for el kapitan and missy 3? Just ayam goreng kunyit for them hahaha.. Hubby will never est any lauk yg dah overnight except his sambal hijau.. Haha .. You know what this is my first time cooking ayam kunyit using chicken breasts ni. 

As usual i googled few recipes and buat ikot rasa hati. Since hubby wants the ayam garing a bit, i fried the chicken breast yang dah perap dlm kunyit, garam and oyster sauce. Dah garing i angkat and using the same minyak i tumis daun kari, bawang putih, bawang merah, cili, carrot and kobis bunga. Bila dah masak baru i introduce the chicken back, kacau rata and terus serve. 


Makan dgn sambal hijau goreng yg mmg buat 2kg tu. Asalkan ada lauk kan hahaha

[update 2] : el-kapitan tambah dua kali, on top of that siap ratah ayam. The fussy eater missy 3 finish the whole plate of rice. (Sangat rare nak tgk dia makan habes ok!). So i should consider cooking this dish more often.

Drama school

Things that i like about drama school are parties!!!! Hahaha.. received 2 flyers from the teacher today:



They will celebrate mid chinese autumn on Thursday (not sure what, we had it last time beed to bring lantern and moon cake) and Orange party on Friday!

Luckily missy 3 can still fit into her cheongsam that we bought last time, and we still have the donald duck lantern. i just need to buy the mooncake. On friday we need to bring orange party food! Oh nooo hahahah.. This mummy will always come up with something. Will 'brag' about it later. (Ok u can roll your eyes now pls).Hahahhahaha


Paprik

Today in one of the chat group, they were talking about maggi tomyam that is transformed to paprik. I realize that i've never prepare the dish (paprik ler). I learnt that u just have to tumis bawang cili and tomyam pes with serai.. So decided to try it for dinner.. Here is how it looks like (i used squid btw)

Hope el kapitan likes it.. Oh the other bowl you asked? It is the same dish for my maid. She refused to eat with us during dinner so I make sure that i will asingkan her lauk siap-siap. She should not eat the left over. Dia kata dah biasa from previous employee, but told her not in my household. Come on, maid, assistant or helper is also human being, pls dont treat them differently.

[update: el kapitan bukan sahaja tambah dua kali malahan ratah sotong sampai licin tak sempat buat maggi paprik esok]
